T-ALERTS is a software service that operates in conjunction with T-WEB to generate email and SMS notifications when predefined events occur. The notifications are delivered automatically and in real time to nominated personnel, which enables prompt action to be taken in response to time-critical events.
Alerts are configured to meet your needs, some of the events that can trigger alerts are:
- Emergency stop activation
- Power failure
- Communication failure
- Critical tank levels
- Pump failure
- Price change
